Koleman grew up in Coalville, Utah where he started raising pigs at the age of 8. Koleman currently raises show pigs and works with Traditional Family Farms to supply finished hogs and lambs.
Koleman feeds his pigs ground corn, soy bean meal and a mineral pack.
Traditional Family Farms' Pork is processed at Jones Meat Services in Rigby, Idaho. They only use all natural seasonings in their sausage flavoring and do not use and GMO's.
